KEITH MITCHELL FCCA
Keith trained with a medium sized firm in St Albans before joining the practice in 1997 and becoming a partner in 1999. Keith is a general practice partner, advising clients on all aspects of their businesses, which does of course include audit, financial reporting, systems and management issues. Keith has been involved in a number business acquistions and disposals during more than 15 years in practice, and understands the financial diligence process from both sides, having acted for purchasers and vendors alike.
Keith has acted and continues to act for clients across a wide spectrum of business sectors. Particular areas of specialism include property, both investment and development, both commercial and residential, including property agency and the retail and restaurant sectors.
Born in 1969 and educated in Bushey, Hertfordshire, Keith has a passion for sport and hopes that one day he will be a single figure handicap golfer.
