What do we offer?
As an approved training office, we offer student training contracts for the ACA, ACCA, CIMA and AAT qualifications.
We undertake to offer our students the best possible practical experience. From the very first assignment, they are encouraged to contribute wherever possible to the team effort. The variety of our client base ensures that they experience the full spectrum of client diversity, from the emerging entrepreneur to the established plc. We endeavour to train accountants who will be equipped with all the necessary skills to succeed in today's commercial environment, from the ever expanding technical requirements to the arts of communication and personal organisation.
We recruit up to five students every year and are proud of our exam success. In recent years, our trainees have won three awards for the best performance in the ICAEW exams for small firms in London. We attribute this to their dedication and hard work and the experience they gain while at Lewis Golden & Co.
Regardless of the qualification, the progress of our students is monitored by the inhouse Training Partner and by the HAT Group of Accountants. Our association with HAT dates back to 1991 and enables us to ensure that our students receive the very best teaching from the tuition colleges. HAT also run important courses providing an essential link between what the student learns at college and in practice.
